End Of The Road 2009 Live: Vetiver
After recording so many cover albums, it's no wonder that Vetiver have become highly proficient at playing live.
Andy Cabic's hauntingly beautiful vocals are the stand out here - sugary-smooth harmonies leaving him exposed and laid bare to the perception of the audience.
A cover of Loudon Wainwright's (III) The Swimming Song is a high point as End Of The Road gets its first taste of Americana folk. There's plenty more where that came from this weekend.
