The Kills have been one of the stand out bands of 2008 so far, their third album Midnight Boom has proved to be a real grower.

Strangeglue also covered the band at this year's SxSW where they won over a sizable US audience with their sultry yet melodic brand of alternative rock.

Following on from URA Fever and Cheap and Cheerful, the band are going to release a third single from the album and of course there is a new video to promote it.

The track is 'Last Day of Magic' owner of a killer riff that can only be outdone by the sound a china shop falling on top of a wind chime factory. Enjoy:
