The headline doesn't lie. Brighton's Charlottefield announced yesterday that they had called it a day on the project. There is a little light left before the tunnel crumbles though.

We'll let the band explain: "Charlottefield have split up. We played our last show supporting 'Old Time Relijun' at the Albert, Brighton, April 22nd, 2008. Eight years and two days after our first [show], and split, without fighting, the following morning."
