Jared Leto fronted venture 30 Seconds to Mars are being sued by their label for a grand total of $30 million.
Virgin Records are accusing the band of failing to adhere to their contract and deliver the six albums they were signed for. Apparently the band are refusing to deliver any more albums for the label after their 2005 release of "A Beautiful Lie".
