I agree with Mr. Griffiths .. totally uncalled for! Will Young is an established and very talented artist with 3 incredible albums under his belt and another in production. He has come a long way since PI and deserves much better respect.
I again must whole-heartedly agree with Mr. Griffiths. Haven't you ever heard of the phrase "The end justifies the means"? Just like the aforementioned Sinatra is rumoured to have garnered support for his career via his alleged mob connections and America today brings happiness and liberty to the world by the way of what these so-called liberals would call brutality and heavy-handedness. Is it too much to ask for people to enjoy a little Will Young in a good cause.
If you'd have witnessed Will's performance on Thursday, you wouldn't dare to put an "erm' in front of his name. He was totally and astonishingly brilliant!
I would dare.
I'd raise that to a..... [drumroll please] 'Double Dare'!

I am wondering why the sarcastic 'erm' in front of Will Young's name? He is performing for a charity of which he is a patron and I would say that he deserves as much respect as any other artist appearing. I'm not sure if you think the comment makes you appear cool, but to me it is just pathetic. OK, he won a talent contest but so did Frank Sinatra and no one seems to think HE is to be sneered at.
