Animal Collective have a brand new record heading your way in September. The foursome will release 'Strawberry Jam' on Domino Records.

It marks the first release for the New York via Baltimore fourpiece. Previous efforts have been released on Paw Tracks, their own label. Lets hope it preserves their uncommercial sound. (Bad album titles get bad jokes).

The album was recorded in Arizona and produced by Scott Colburn, who's previously worked with the band.

'Strawberry Jam' LP will be preceded by the first track off the album 'Peacebone', which will contain live favourite 'Safer' on the EP.

The tracklist for 'Strawberry Jam' is as follows:

3. "Chores"
4. "For Reverend Green"
5. "Fireworks"
