Damon Gough, aka Badly Drawn Boy has announced details of a UK tour, which kicks off in Scarborough on October 16.

The Mercury Prize winning singer will play a total of seven dates in support of his new album ‘It’s What I’m Thinking Pt.1 – Photographing Snowflake'.

Badly Drawn Boy's new album is released on October 4 and will be preceded a week earlier by the single 'Too Many Miracles'.

You can get an early taster of the new record if you're a ticket-holder for either the Kendal Calling or the Belladrum Festival, which both take place next month.

Tickets for the headline shows go on sale on Friday (July 30) at 9am.
