Pete 'i just dont give a fuck' Doherty has once again been charged with the possession of Heroin, this time literally minutes after the end of another court case which saw him receive an 18-month driving ban and a £2,000 fine for drunk-driving.

The Babyshambles frontman and all-round British douche-bag was re-arrested upon leaving Gloucester Crown Court yesterday (December 21st) for being in possession of the A-Class substance and will now face the Gloucester Magistrates Court in January of 2010.

This of course means that he's been given bail for Christmas and will be able to play his Babyshambles gig tonight at the Dirty South in Lewisham.

Lock him up and throw away the key or let the troubled music-man continue to run free? Let us know what you think below. We'll keep our mouths tightly shut for now in the fear of getting fired.

He's undeniably talented, but he can't just behave however the hell he wants. I say keep him in prison untill the Libertines reform.

Dude, the guy's a hero but he's not above the law.
