Editors Name Third Album

Editors have announced the title to their upcoming third album and are also set to play the first ever opening performance at the new 02 Academy in Birmingham.

The bands new long-player will be titled In This Light And On This Evening and it be released sometime in September of this year (not as wordy as Mew's newest record though, check that monster out HERE).

They will preview some of the new material at Birmingham's new 02 Academy on September tenth, its opening night.

The new venues capacity totals out at 3,859 attendee's and has also confirmed Bloc Party and Dizzee Rascal to play inside it's wall at some point later this year.

It was previously named The Dome but after a whopping five million pound development plan, it has now become a three venue behemoth all under one roof and now officially part of the 02 Academy name.
