The Gutter Twins, which comprises Greg Dulli (formerly of Afghan Whigs) and Mark Lannegan, have lined up a final slate of shows before they put the project to rest for the time being.

Although the duo haven't ruled out working together in the future, they will be taking a break from all things Gutter in a bid to concentrate on their independent solo projects. Dulli will be focusing on Twilight Singers, whereas Lannegan will be busying himself with both a Soulsavers record and a solo-project.

The boys will take in Europe early next year. They released one album, going by the name of Saturnalia, in March of 2008.
