Next summer will see piano-rock trio Keane doing their bit to save the trees when they head off on a U.K tour as part of the Forestry Commission Live Music series.

Obviously such a special cause requires a special setting, and fulfilling such expectations, Keane will play all of the shows on the summer tour within the forests themselves, including the famed Sherwood Forest of Nottinghamshire.

Tickets cost £32.50 and go on sale at 9am this Friday (December 4) with proceeds going to help Britain's woodlands.Dates follow at the end of the article.

In addition to this, the boys will also be releasing a brand new eight-song E.P entitled The Night Train E.P, around the same time on May 8, 2010. The E.P includes Keane's genre-busting collaborations with Somali/Canadian rapper K'Naan, as well as an appearance from Japanese MC Tigarah.
