Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks are in the process of putting together a new album.

The follow up to 2005's 'Face The Truth' is, according to his personal website 67.4685% completed.

The full band will play this year's Green Man Festival. Although Malkmus will have to make do at the Pitchfork Festival in July without newly installed member Janet Weiss (formerly Sleater-Kinney) as she's stuck with Bright Eyes for the duration of the summer.

However, its a night, its late, and Pavement are here for your Music Club pleasure. And they're in Santa suits too. Does it get any better?
