The V Festival is certainly getting around a lot these days. Not content with the two dates in the UK, it is branching out with shows in places like Canada and Australia.

And its at the Australian leg that tonight's Late Night Music Club guests brought down the curtain on day one of the inaugural V Festival Australia.

Over 35,000 attended to see the likes of Jarvis, New Young Pony Club, The Rapture and Beck. But only one band stood above the rest as they rolled back the years with classics like 'Where Is My Mind'. This is the Pixies:
