M. Ward's new album has been supplemented today with news of a brisk world tour around the date of release.

The Portland-based singer releases his sixth studio album, Hold Time on February 16th 2009, with Ward also now inked in for a one-off show at London's Borderline on February 25th. Tickets go on sale Friday.

Hold Time features guest performances by Lucinda Williams, Jason Lytle (ex Grandaddy) and long time collaborator Zooey Deschanel.
