Support new music: choose from our favourite new albums this month.
Newly-reformed footwear watchers My Bloody Valentine look set to re-enter the studio next month to record songs for a new album, which will be released by the band digitally and vinylly.
The band's manager Vinita Joshi pointed out that the band were not 'doing a Radiohead', merely handling the release themselves, as bands have been doing since the dawn of the day when bands started doing that.
The quartet have eight shows scheduled in Britain next year, the first of which sold out in a staggering six minutes. Joshi also stated that it was too soon to speculate about future shows outside of the U.K. "We'll see how the summer shows go first." The reunited band will feature the line-up of their time during the "Loveless" years, which is Kevin Shields (vocals/guitar), Bilinda Butcher (vocals/guitar), Debbie Googe (bass) and Colm O'Ciosoig (drums).
