Nada Surf Release Get Fit Quick Video!

You can safely throw out Geri Halliwell and her “Yoga”! Nada Surf have just popped a new video on YouTube. for their latest single “Whose Authority”.

It sports all of the boys riding bikes throughout a city. Filmed in a sliced, edgy and raw way so as to give an intentionally amateur look, you are forced to ride with them for the whole song.

Their new album “Lucky” is released over here on February 5th. It's been three years since their last album “Weight Is a Gift”, so avid Nada fans will only have to chomp at the bit for a few more weeks now.

If this video doesn't encourage all said viewers to remove one's posterior from the overused couch, dig out their bikes from the depths of the garage and ride and ride in the same way that Forest ran and ran, then we don't know what will.

Not only are they encouraging a less polluted planet, they are making bike riding cool and subsequently the world shall become virtual olympiads. This is all without the help of a flexible spice girl, All hail Nada Surf we say!
