As always, Chicago based indie-rockers Wilco have been busy little bee's and so it comes as unsurprising but still rather exciting news that the boys have got another LP coming our way.

The new record is as yet untitled but is said to be due sometime in June. In a short statement, the members stated they were: "making major progress on the upcoming soon-to-be-titled LP. They've been hunkered down in the loft with Jim Scott and are just about ready to start mixing. We've got it on the calendar for release in June."

This release follows up their 2007 acclaimed album Sky Blue Sky and also marks their seventh studio release, not bad considering they've been going since 1994.

For the readers that dwell in the US then it seems you're in luck as the guys have also announced a US Tour which kicks off this March. You can check below for the full US dates and venues and we'd also recommend that you check back in the coming weeks for more information on the next Wilco LP as it's announced.
