As we all know by now, Pavement have reformed and have a few live dates planned for next year in New York as well as, you know, that little old news of curating the 2010 ATP Festival in England too.

After major announcements such as the above, you may've expected perhaps some new material to accompany the reformation but unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case.

In a new interview by The Quietus with Pavement-member Bob Nastanovich, the man sits down and explains a few things about what to expect, or more correctly, what not to expect:

Quietus: Are there any bits of the back catalogue that you won't be revisiting?

Nastanovich: I imagine 'Recorder Grot Rally' from Demolition Plot J-7 will be passed over.

Quietus: Will you do new material?

Nastanovich: No.

Quietus: Is this a once and once only kind of deal?

Nastanovich: I'm pretty sure that's the case.

So there we have it. No new material, don't expect any Recorder Grot Rally and, well, don't expect much more than a few tour dates. The full interview can be seen HERE.
