Justin Vernon, aka Bon Iver is gigantic in every sense of the word. His 6ft+ frame would normally give him bad posture in a venue the size of Maggie Mae's.

It has probably got absolutely nothing to do with the reason why Vernon now sits down throughout his sets, but the effect of sitting on an amp or stool, adds a level of intensity to a man who obviously had a lot on his mind while recording these songs.

Bringing along with him what must be a million different guitars, he adds his stunning falsetto into the mixer, to create a soulful performance.

Having self-released his debut album 'For Emma, Forever Ago', Jagjaguar decided to pick the album up. Available now, or in May for U.K fans, this is an album that will forever rest in your soul, and for those lucky enough to be present tonight, the same can be said of Bon Iver live.
