The Hype Begins On New M.I.A Record

When it comes to an artist like M.I.A, all you need is a sentence to send fans and critics into a spiral of excitement and hurried news articles.

Well start the engines and gather the passengers as the hype-train is about to begin it's journey upward into the clouds as none other than Diplo, ex-boyfriend and producer of M.I.A, has spoken out briefly about the ladies next record.

The American producer said:

"Been in the studio with M.I.A. working on her new record… It’s like Gucci Mane meets Animal Collective. I think there are a couple of people [producing] but we’re going to finish it off, me and Switch. We’ve done like four tracks already.”

If that doesn't satisfy both the indie and the rap communities then we'll eat our own slippers. We'll keep you updated as more news comes through.
