Despite being featured in Watchdog just two months ago, when two people were ripped off to the tune of £800 for Killers tickets, customers still flocked to tickettout.com desperate for tickets.

Now, with the collapse of tickettout.com, music fans will lose money totalling £1.4m. About 6,500 people are affected. There is a helpline telephone number (020 7194 1015), however it looks like the only saving grace is if you've purchased tickets to the value of £100 or over using a credit card, as you should be covered by your card supplier.
