Trailer For Blur's Reunion Documentary Unveiled

After the compelling 'Some Kind of Monster' chronicling Metallica and the tragically beauteous one dealing with Spinal Tap, band documentaries have become a big deal.

Now more than simple fluff pieces to flog albums, getting inside a band's inner-circle during turbulent times has become an art-form unto itself. Enter Blur, ready to join said group as they are followed in their quest to stage a successful return to the music scene.

Directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, the film is named "No Distance Left To Run" after the band's 1999 single of the same name. The film will shadow the band as they go from rehearsals through to their live comeback in Colchester and at London's Goldsmiths College, then onwards to their headlining performances at the Glastonbury and T In The Park festivals, as well as their own London Hyde Park shows.

The film will head into selected cinemas from January 19, 2010.
