Jimmy Eat World 'Chase This Light'

Jimmy Eat World have revealed that their sixth studio album will be called 'Chase This Light'.

The album, still being mixed, is the long awaited follow up to 2004's 'Futures' which went Gold in America. The LP is scheduled for release sometime in September.

There's no official tracklist yet although the band have talked about song titles which include “Carry You”, a track penned originally for lead singer Jim Adkins side project, 'Go Big Casino'.

"At this point in the record-making process, I always get this deep feeling of excitement," Jim Adkins wrote on his online blog, “as if I am the only one who knows a cool secret.”

"We have learned a lot making this album and hopefully, we will not take so long between records again." Adkins went on to say.
